The book is called “Holy Ice” based on a passage from the phenomenal book Mystery of the Crystal Skulls by Chris Morton and Ceri Louise Thomas: “...when the gods of the ancient world looked down on the troubles of humanity, they were moved to shed tears of sadness. Brother had turned against brother and there were terrible wars and fighting. When the tears of the gods fell upon the Earth, they froze and became quartz crystal. Out of this holy ice came the original crystal skulls. It says the skulls were sent to help us find peace, to bring people closer together and closer to the divine – which is why Holy Ice makes such a fitting title for this book.” And this is also why this book is so fitting for this particular time on Earth…

The author begins with extensive research into the current understanding of crystal skulls, with numerous scientific references and fascinating footnotes on a wide range of topics that could almost be a book in their own right! These footnotes discuss everything from quantum physics, to how to feel someone’s aura, to Kirlian photography and how this explains “phantom limb pain”, to how DNA evidence is re-writing history, as well as the history of many of the known ancient crystal skulls.

As a past life therapist, the author employs altered states of consciousness and accesses far memories and past-life recall to reveal insights spanning from Atlantis to the present day, building a cosmic vision for the future. “There is a remarkable parallel between the fall of the Antlantean civilization and the situation in which we find ourselves today – and once more we have to make a choice. Can we learn from our mistakes? Will we get it right this time? I hope so… That is why I’ve written the book.”

She shares that in Atlantis, the crystal skulls were kept in a cave where anyone could consult with them for guidance, and that they were revered throughout the world. “…it was the deities that spoke through them, so it was said. They were a communication tool. They were a way to communicate with the Goddess of Truth and Wisdom, the gods of the future, or the gods of whatever it was that brought you to them with your question.”

Believing that "those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it,"  this book investigates the Legend of the Crystal Skulls - and the pending disaster that the legends refer to. It reiterates that crystal skulls are gateways to access knowledge, and are not the knowledge itself. "Skulls act like battery cells in the energy matrix that we are all plugged into in this level of reality, and they can activate our deepest wisdom to help us through the testing times ahead". We can't stop change, but we can choose to work with it and bring in a Golden Age.

This book is bound to be thought-provoking with statements like: "The thing about crystals is their age. A human is but an eye blink to a crystal, the centuries no more than passing clouds"  which alludes to the vast events a crystal/crystal skull has witnessed and recorded. Just like one could read the history in tree rings and the evolution in earth sediments, one can read information held within crystals - deciphering a form of memory as the record of early life can be read in rocks.
